Reviews our customers have shared
Thrilled with the outcome!
Excellent work. We chose Flamogar because of the confidence they inspired in us from day one. Big thanks to Andreu and the team for their dedication. Highly recommended!
Great service, though there was a small detail that could’ve been handled better.
After looking into several options, we chose Flamogar to install a gas fireplace in our home. From the start, the service was very professional. They clearly explained all the available options, answered our questions, and offered several solutions tailored to our space. The attention we received in the showroom was warm and unhurried, which we really appreciated.
The installation turned out great and the fireplace works perfectly. It looks beautiful and now in winter we couldn’t be happier with the cozy atmosphere it brings to our home. The entire team was kind and respectful, both with the work and with our home.
The only reason we’re not giving five stars is that there was a minor issue and we weren’t informed until we called to ask about it. It wasn’t a big deal, but we would have appreciated being kept in the loop without having to follow up ourselves.
Overall, a very positive experience. We’d definitely choose them again.
Very good experience
Excellent service, very professional and attentive throughout.
Finally, a company that delivers on its promises
We had been wanting to install a fireplace at home for quite some time, but honestly, our experience with other companies in Mallorca had been pretty frustrating. We dealt with quotes that took weeks to arrive, salespeople who could barely answer our questions, and a lot of people telling us more about what couldn’t be done than what could. We were starting to think that installing a fireplace in our living room was going to be more trouble than it was worth.
A friend recommended we check out Flamogar and it was a total game changer. From the very first moment, they took us seriously. They came to see the house, listened to what we wanted, and proposed several well-thought-out solutions that fit perfectly with the rustic style we wanted to preserve.
What we appreciated most was that they handled absolutely everything. Masonry for the flue, installation, final checks. We didn’t have to chase anyone down. On top of that, they stuck exactly to the timeline they gave us, which is something we really value these days.
The wood-burning fireplace they installed looks amazing. It doesn’t just heat the whole house, it’s become the centerpiece of our living room. Whenever friends come over, they all comment on how beautiful it looks.
In short, true professionals, reliable people, and a level of service that’s hard to find. We wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.
It was a good experience, even though I had to wait a bit.
I knew I wanted a gas fireplace, and at Flamogar they gave me great advice to help choose the one that best suited my needs. They were really friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly and without rushing.
The only thing that bothered me a little was that the installation took longer than they had initially told me. I guess they were quite busy. Still, in the end it turned out great and works perfectly.
So overall, I’m really happy.
